Protects against inadvertent or intentional opening of Harness Buckles while in transit.
Each Harness Buckle Cover pack contains:
- 1 x Side Opening Metal Harness Buckle Guard
- 1 x Emergency Seat Belt Cutter
- 1 x Release Key for your keyring
The Side Opening Buckle Cover is used where passengers with special needs are likely to trigger the harness release buckles whilst in transit.
it is designed to fit the Buckles on the following Harnesses.
- Magnet Harness
- Magnet Vest
- Bus Harness
The Side Opening Buckle Cover can only be released by using a narrow object, such as a ballpoint pen, key, etc. and will be supplied with both a Keyring Mount Key and an Emergency Seat Belt Cutter.
Note: you will require a ‘tool’ such as a pen or other narrow object to release this buckle cover.
Organisations may require a Risk Assessment due to the nature of this product, which may be determined a mechanical restraint.
